The purpose of this Application is to provide weather forecasting. The Application is owned by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (“University”, “we”, “our”, “us”). 1. What information may the Application collect from You?

a) Personal Information. “Personal Information” for purposes of this Privacy Notice means information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual, such as, Your name, address, phone number, or email address. The Application does not collect Your Personal Information.

b) Other Information: To provide weather information for your location, we need to access your location using the GPS services. You will need to turn on location services on your device.

c) Automatically Collected Non-Personal Information. The Application may collect certain non-personal information automatically that may not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. The following are some examples of non-personal information that may be collected: usage, including frequency of access, duration and time of access, and other. By using the Application, You are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure, of non-personal information by Application.

The Non-Personal Information may be used to compute statistics on Application usage and other.

3. Opt Out Information

You may opt-out of information collection by uninstalling the Application.

4. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we change this Privacy Notice we will post the changes on https://www.uillinois.edu/about/policies/mobile/MidwestRegionalClimate. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Privacy Notice.
